Diagnostic Imaging
At RiNoVet Animal Urgent Care, our facility is fully equipped to handle a wide range of pet emergencies, from critical injuries to sudden illnesses. Our team works tirelessly to receive and stabilize patients as quickly as possible, with a commitment to efficiency and compassion. In cases where urgent surgery is needed, our highly trained staff utilizes advanced anesthesia protocols and pain management to ensure a smooth and comfortable recovery. We also offer cutting-edge diagnostic imaging, including digital radiology and ultrasound, allowing rapid diagnosis and access to radiology specialists 24/7. For more complex cases, ultrasounds are conducted by a board-certified veterinary radiologist, providing thorough assessments for accurate diagnoses. Additionally, our on-site diagnostics enable us to perform essential tests promptly, while our integration with specialized laboratories nationwide ensures that even the most advanced care is available when needed.
Digital Radiology
Our practice is equipped with digital radiology. This not only allows us to use x-rays to aid in making a diagnosis but the images can be transmitted anywhere in the world in minutes allowing our hospital the ability to access radiology specialists 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All of our imaging studies are reviewed by boarded radiologists to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
Ultrasound
Our emergency doctors have the ability to use ultrasound as a quick non-invasive way to evaluate your pet and help initiate treatment. For the more complex cases ultrasounds are provided by a board-certified veterinary radiologist Monday – Friday. This allows us to make more detailed diagnoses and perform more advanced procedures.
On-site Diagnostics
We have equipment in our facility that allows us to run all of the necessary tests in an urgent or emergency situation allowing for complete care of your pet. In those cases where additional specialized tests are necessary our computer systems allow us to integrate with specialized laboratories around the country.
